    Description

O'Hara Dial stein with pewter lid, thumb rest and porcelain inset. Hand painted in the O'Hara green and white, this interesting semi-porcelain collectible depicts a turn-of-the-century golfer at the top of his right handed back swing. The porcelain inset depicts the shield-shaped Harvard crest. O'Hara Dial, maker of fine clock and watch dials, was based in Waltham, Massachusetts. Printed on the bottom is the original green fleur de lis-shaped O'Hara stamp. Circa 1898. 5 3/8"h. Small chip from base, two barely noticeable hairline cracks in inset, minor paint wear, otherwise very good.
