Early 1930's Bobby Jones Signed Magazine Image. Wonderful portrait of the noble prince of the American links is boldly inscribed, "For Peter Levinson with best wishes, Robt. T. Jones, Jr." Autographs from the Golden Age legend are tough and always desirable, but a premium is added for this early signature format, and for its appearance on an image. The reproduction of Griffith Foxley's portrait appears to have been clipped from a magazine, and exhibits fold lines, likely from having been mailed to and from Jones for his autograph. Size is approximately 7x11", with matting and framing completing the dimensions at 12x16". Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
