    Description

1962 President Dwight D. Eisenhower Signed Letter. This is a beautiful piece of Americana, a personal letter from the former president typed on his personal stationery and signed his initials in fountain pen. In the letter on Ike's 7-by-10-inch letterhead from Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, he thanks his friend for sending a birthday telegram to Ike and in a second paragraph congratulates him and his wife on a new arrival to the family. The letter is EX-MT and presents even better than that, with only the ever tiniest of dings to the upper-left corner. Also included is an 8-by-10 Defense Department issued black-and-white photo of the President on the golf course. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
