1960's Chick Evans Handwritten Signed Letter. The legendary golfer sends his condolences to the family of golfer Herb Lyon, writing, in part, "We have all had our sorrows, too--bitter ones--but I feel they are nothing compared with the lost of a Herb Lyon." The single page on the letterhead of "Sidney Wanzer & Sons, Inc," which employed Evans as vice president, is penned in 10/10 blue ink, and marvelously signed, "Yours sincerely, Chick Evans, Former U.S. Open and amateur golf Champion, Founder Evans Caddie Scholars." Original mailing folds and light bends at lower corners, the latter well clear of the writing. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
