    Description

1942 Bobby Jones Signed Photograph, PSA/DNA Gem Mint 10. After Francis Ouimet's dramatic win in the 1913 US Open, America was ready for an American golf hero and in Bobby Jones, they found one. Winner of an astonishing thirteen majors in eight years (1923-1930), Jones retired at age twenty-eight after completing the unheard of achievement of winning all four majors in one year. This 8x10" image and autograph finds the Golden Age golf god at the height of his powers, the signature applied boldly and long before the debilitating disease that ultimately claimed his life affected his handwriting. Jones wrote the following in black ink: "Best Wishes Rob T. Jones Jr. Capt. A.C Aug 11 1942." There are pin holes and some corner wear but the inordinately bold signature makes up for any shortcomings. Full Grading LOA from PSA/DNA, Gem Mint 10. Full LOA from SGC.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
