    1933 Densmore "Denny" Shute Signed Photograph. Denny Shute burst on to the world golf stage with a wonderful win at the Open Championship at St. Andrews in 1933. His outstanding play would continue in the US, winning the PGA back to back--in 1936 at Pinehurst and in 1937 at the Pittsburgh Field Club. This item is very fine original 8 X 10 studio photo by E Reeb of Westward Ho, England, signed beautifully by Shute and dated in the year of his Open triumph 1933. Black fountain pen ink is an indisputable 10/10, and the photo is likewise NRMT, 7.5 x 9.5. LOA from Mark Emerson. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
