    1919 Jack White Handwritten Signed Letter. This is an outstanding golf letter from the 1904 Open Champion Jack White to a young Cyril Tolley. By the date of this letter, December 4, 1919, White was ensconced as the head professional at Sunningdale, helping his income with club-making. This letter is neatly written and confirms a club sale to Tolley who would win the British Amateur the next year! Signed modestly, "I am sir, yours faithfully, Jack White." All black fountain pen ink and closing signature are 10/10. Original mailing folds but no other condition issues worthy of note. Original mailing envelope is included. LOA from Mark Emerson.
