1926 Lambert & Butler "Who's Who In Sport (1926) Complete Set (50) With NM Bobby Jones Rookie! In 1926, Lambert & Butler produced a set of 50 cards titled "Who's Who In Sport (1926)" for the British tobacco market. The key response to the "Who's Who" question came on card #2 which features the "Babe Ruth" of his sport and one of the finest golfers of his or any other era - Bobby Jones. His greatest achievement was in 1930 when he accomplished the first "Grand Slam" of golf by winning The Open, U. S. Open, United States Men's Amateur and The (British) Amateur Championships. This real photo tobacco promotion is condition sensitive and this presentation offers a strong NM Bobby Jones rookie. Ten cards have been graded by PSA. Highlights include: Graded - PSA NM-MT 8: 1 card, #44 Boomer; PSA NM 7: 4 cards, #'s 2 Jones, 16 Carstairs, 21 Beckton and 41 Borotra; PSA EX-MT 6: 1 card, #35 Newman; PSA EX 5: 2 cards, #'s 40 Leitch and 49 Wanderers; PSA VG-EX 4: 2 cards, #'s 3 Tunney and 23 Fulton. Overall, the set grades 10% NM to NM/MT, 64% EX to EX/MT, 26% VG to VG/EX.
