Circa 1995 Tshimanga "Tim" Biakabutuka Game Issued Michigan Wolverines Jersey with Handwarmer Pockets. Cold weather jersey with sumptuous handwarmer pockets was game issued for the Wolverines star running back. Biakabutuka placed eighth in the 1995 Heisman voting after recording 1,724 rushing yards and a dozen touchdowns. A few months later, he was selected by the Carolina Panthers with the eighth overall pick of the 1996 NFL Draft.
