    Description

Mid-1980's Ronnie Lott Game Worn Jersey. Lott's career at USC and with the vaunted 49'ers teams of the 1980's was nothing short of superlative. He was Mr. Everything, stuffing the run with bone-jarring tackles and patrolling the passing lanes with deftness and precision. Road Lott jerseys have surfaced over the years, as have late-career Raiders and Jets, but seldom do you see a vintage home red version. This representation can be dated to the 1986-87 era by the particulars of its screened font. Number "42" appears in white on chest, back and sleeves, and the red mesh of the body shows excellent wear, particularly in the shoulder area, which is speckled with team repairs. "Russell Athletic [size] 44" label is in left front tail. His sixty-three career interceptions were enough to open Canton's doors, but when you combine that statistic with the ferocity of his tackling and overall playing acumen, you are left with the complete package in N.F.L. safety play. LOA from Dan Knoll, Dave Bushing & Lou Lampson/ SCD Authentic.
