Mid-1960's Bob Hayes Game Worn Jersey. "Bullet Bob" was more than an Olympic sprint Gold Medalist. He transformed the wide receiver position in the NFL during his explosive eleven-season career, netting four Pro Bowl appearances and one of the greatest average yards per catch totals in NFL history. This early career Hayes gamer dates circa 1966-67 when the Bullet wore ribbed sleeve cuffs on his short sleeve Cowboys home durenes. Serafed number "22" is applied to chest, back and shoulders in royal blue tackle twill with interior rope stitch tailoring. Proper "Southland" label inside collar is joined by cloth "Size 40" flap tag. A beautiful 1960's representation, albeit with minimal wear. Consigned by a former Dallas Cowboys staffer, with his letter of provenance. LOA from Lou Lampson.
