Mid-1960's Alex Webster Game Worn New York Giants Sideline Cape. Originally displayed at the main headquarters and practice facility of the New York Giants, formerly referred to as the Timex Performance Center, this beautiful sideline cape was worn by Alex Webster in the mid 1960's. A notable two-time Pro Bowl fullback during his notable pro career, Webster put nice wear on the cape, which presents the proper "Thorpe [size] Large" tag in the collar, and "Giants 29" on the back. Originally obtained from Giants equipment manager Eddie Wagner Jr., it is one of two 1960's Giants capes in our February Platinum catalog auction. LOA from Heritage Auctions.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
