    Description

Circa 1986-88 Todd Christensen Game Worn Los Angeles Raiders Jersey. If it wasn't for a rash of injuries toward the end of Todd Christensen's career, the notable tight end would be a shoe-in for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. One of the most popular players ever to put on the Silver and Black, Christensen was a part of two Super Bowl championship squads and was voted to an impressive five Pro Bowls during his tenure under owner Al Davis.

Offered here is a nice late-career Todd Christensen jersey that was used sparingly during the end of his career. Exhibiting decent surface wear, with one team repair, the black mesh shirt presents sewn-on identifiers on the front, back and 9" sleeves (we've found photograph evidence of Christensen wearing these long sleeves from time to time). Raiders "exclusivity" and "Sand Knit [size] 44" tags are in the collar, completing this impressive piece. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
