Circa 1975 Earl Morrall Game Worn & Signed Miami Dolphins Jersey. Commonly referred to as one of the greatest backup quarterbacks in NFL history, Earl Morrall became the Colts' starter after Johnny Unitas was injured in the final exhibition game of the 1968 season. While leading Baltimore to an outstanding 13-1 record, he was named the NFL's most valuable player and helped earn his squad a spot in Super Bowl III.

In 1972, Morrall did it again when he was claimed on waivers by the Miami Dolphins, and stepped in for an injured Bob Griese, while helping lead his new squad to the only undefeated team in NFL history.

Presented here is a white mesh Dolphins jersey worn by Morrall circa 1975. Exhibiting light wear, it features screened-on numerals on the front, back and sleeves, while sewn-on lettering is showcased on the back nameplate. In addition, the back numeral is signed in black sharpie, while no tagging remains, as it is hemmed at the tail. LOA from Heritage Auctions. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from SGC Authentic.
