One of the greatest players in the history of the National Football League, Drew Brees is a certain first ballot Hall of Famer. As such, this presented photo matched gamer from one of his best peak career performances stands as a rare and coveted find for any collector of game worn apparel.
The unwashed garment bears several hit marks/scuffs that have provided the necessary data points for definitive photo matching by the experts at the MeiGray Group. Number "9" appears on front and back, as well as on each shoulder, and the Saints' famous fleur-de-lis logo resides on the sleeves. "Brees" stands in block letters across rear nameplate. Upper right and left chest hold the captain's "C" and collar tagging reveals a Nike "44, On Field, Skill" label, along with a "2013" year tag. "NFL PSA/DNA Authentication Services 2N02415" sticker affixed. Sleeve cuffs and hems are custom elasticized for tight fit.
The jersey has been conclusively photo matched to the 10/13/13 contest between the Saints and the New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.
