2001 Sean Taylor Game Worn Miami Hurricanes Jersey Photo Matched
to 11/24 vs. the Washington Huskies - National Championship
Season! Safety Sean Taylor was a Unanimous All-American,
national champion, fifth overall pick of the 2004 NFL Draft and
two-time Pro Bowl selection. Over the course of his collegiate
career at Miami, Taylor recorded 190 tackles, fourteen
interceptions and five touchdowns. Offered here is his Miami jersey
from the 2001 championship season which has been conclusively photo
matched to the Hurricanes 65-7 obliteration of the Huskies at the
Orange Bowl on November 24th.The orange mesh gamer with green/white/orange trim displays Dazzlecloth shoulders/sleeves, knit collar/sleeves/side panels and side braiding. The identifiers are screened-on in white/green heat transfers, the team logo and The Big East patch are seen on the front, there is a "Nike 46" label in the collar and the jersey appears to have extra length. Evidence of light wear includes hit marks and paint transfers. Additionally, the verso is signed and inscribed in 8/10 black sharpie, but please note: our autograph authenticators were unwilling to pass the signature as authentic. Photo Match LOA.
