1972-75 Len Dawson Game Worn Kansas City Chiefs Jersey. One of the greatest passers in the history of the NFL, Len Dawson is best remembered for his MVP performance in Super Bowl IV, leading the Chiefs to a 23-7 upset of the Minnesota Vikings. Here we find a late-career representation of the legendary AFLer's white-mesh jersey.

One of few authentic gamers from the notable Purdue alum and originally obtained from a direct family member of Dawson, it exhibits extremely nice wear, while it displays screened-on identifiers on the front, back and sleeves. Gorgeous two-color tackle twill lettering is across the back, while the proper "Russell [size] 46" tag is in the tail. A Canton inductee in 1987, Dawson had his famed No. 16 retired by the Chiefs, and it goes without saying that the offered jersey will surely stand out as a key portion in any high-end football display. The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
