1968 Jim Ninowski Game Worn Washington Redskins Jersey. The Redskins starting quarterback for two games during the 1968 season, and backup to Hall of Famer Sonny Jurgensen, Jim Ninowski was drafted in the fourth round of the 1958 draft by the Cleveland Browns. Presented here is the Michigan State alum's jersey that he wore during the '68 season in our national capital.

A terrific home maroon Durene example with all sewn-on soft tackle-twill identifiers, flat-top stemmed sleeve numbers, and v-neck. It also has the proper Sand-Knit size 46 tag and a "68" year tag sewn into the lower side seam in white chainlink on maroon twill. Letter of provenance from former Redskins locker room worker. LOA from Heritage Auctions.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
