    Description

1968 Dick Capp Game Worn Pittsburgh Steelers Jersey. Dick Capp was a tight end/linebacker with the 1967 NFL/Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers and 1968 Steelers. His Pittsburgh black durene gamer on offer here has "67" sewn on the front, back, and shoulders in white tackle twill and gold/black/white sleeve stripes. The jersey shows wonderful game wear, which includes at least seven team repairs. There is also some spotty discoloration on the front and back identifiers which enhances the overall battle-scarred ethos of the exemplar. The tagging is beautiful with a delightful local "Honus Wagner Co. Sporting Goods...Sand Knit Athletic Clothing" tag above a more common "Sand-Knit Size 50" label. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
