Description

1964 Dave Wilcox Game Worn College All Stars Jersey and Sweater Patch from The Dave Wilcox Collection. These are always a thrill when they come into the Heritage offices, due to the fabulous style and brilliant color. Presented here is a red, off white and blue stunner that was worn by Hall of Famer Dave Wilcox as a member of the 1964 College All Stars, when his team fell to the Bears by a score of 28-17 in front of 65,000 fans at Soldier Field. Exhibiting evident wear throughout, the cotton/Durene blend gamer has the proper King O'Shea size 48 tag in the tail, while sewn-on numerals are on the front and back. In addition, Wilcox's All Star sweater patch is also included. Letter of provenance from Dave Wilcox. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
