    Description

1939 NFL Championship Game Packers vs. Giants Full Ticket - Only Two Known! In the seventh title game in league history, the Green Bay Packers avenged its 1938 championship game loss to the New York Giants by defeating the Big Apple squad by a score of 27-0 in front of 32,379 fans. Played in Milwaukee at State Fair Park instead of Green Bay in hopes of increased attendance, it marked the Packers' fifth title and was the first shutout in NFL playoff history.

Presented here is one of only two known full tickets from the historic 1939 NFL Championship Game (PSA Authentic). Considered to be one of the true Holy Grails in advanced Packers memorabilia collecting circles, moderate creasing and medium corner wear is displayed throughout. Despite the noted wear, it displays superbly, and showcases its original unfaded light blue color and black print. One of the most significant full tickets in our February catalog auction, this beauty will surely stand out as a key sports artifact in any memorabilia collection or sports museum.
