1928 Notre Dame Team Signed "Official Football Review" Publication ("Win One for the Gipper" Season) - With Rockne Autograph, etc. We find the best in athletic competition when underdogs are inspired to reach deep and perform beyond expectations. Perhaps the greatest anecdote of such achievement belongs to the 1928 Notre Dame team, who heeded coach Knute Rockne's halftime call to "Win one for the Gipper," turning the tide against a dominating Army squad to claim victory for a fallen brother they never knew.

Offered here is an fantastic original "Official Football Review" publication, representing signatures from each member of the 1928 Fighting Irish. Showcasing bold black fountain pen ink signatures throughout the interior pages, the following exemplars are featured: Knute Rockne (10/10 ink), Fred Miller (10/10 ink), John Smith, John Poliskey, George Leppig, John Niemiec, John Chevigny, Fred Collins, Tim Moynihan, John Law, John Colrick, Ted Twomey, James Brady, Manfred Vazie, Ed Collins, Frank Carideo, Tom Murphy, Jack Cannon, Billy Dew, Jerry Ransavage, Gus Bondi, Dick Donoghue, Joe Nash, Jim Bray, Larry Mullins, Jack Elder, Dinny Shay, Jack Montroy, John O'Brien, Bud Gebert, John Doarn, Bernie Leahy, Joe Morrissey, Bert Metzger, Tom Kenneally, Jack McGrath (light blue ink), Jack Reilly, Frank Leahy and Bob Manix.

Publication displays splendidly, while it remains completely intact and in EX overall condition. One of the nicest examples we've seen from Notre Dame's famed 1928 season, it's a perfect piece for any collector with an eye for unparalleled meaning and extreme eye appeal. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
