1934 Green Bay Packers vs. Detroit Lions Program. A significant era in Packers history is represented in this original game program from 1934. After a $5,000 verdict was ruled in favor of a fan who fell out of the City Stadium stands in 1932, the very existence of the franchise was threatened. The Packers would go into receivership and were about to fold, but a Green Bay businessman came to the rescue after the 1934 season, making the year a huge success despite the less-than-spectacular record if 7-6. Offered here is the following program: Packers vs. Detroit Lions (October 7, 1934). Fully intact and free of any major flaws, while averaging EX-MT quality throughout.
