    Description

Circa 1898 Harvard Vs. Yale "The Almini Special" Broadside. One of the oldest and most storied rivalries in all of sports, also known as "The Game" by some enthusiasts, the Yale vs. Harvard game began annually in 1897. Presented here is an absolutely stunning vintage broadside representing the famed matchup, and it was most likely created right around the late 1800's. Measuring at an impressive 26x37", the heavy cardboard display piece exhibits typical wear for a broadside of this age, and it presents two original labels on the back, which read: "The Almini Special Posters" - and it lists additional themes from the series.
