    Description

1961 Paul Hornung & Bart Starr Green Bay Packers Original Photograph.
When Hornung is much better known today for his running than his kicking ability, modern fans may be surprised to learn this secondary talent allowed the Golden Boy to lead the NFL in points by a margin of seven touchdowns over the Eagles' Bobby Walston in '61.

The offered 8x10" vintage photograph shows Hornung booting the ball from quarterback Bart Starr's placement during July training camp. The image shows moderate creasing around the edges, with a 1" heavier crease halfway up the right edge. The reverse displays multiple stampings and markings, in addition to a pasted newspaper caption. Date stamps include "JUL 25 1961" and "1961 JUL 19."
