    Description

1929 Green Bay Packers Team Photograph. The fearsome undefeated '29 Packers squad poses for the photographer's lens in this fine period print. Hall of Fame talent abounds, as the original caption at bottom identifies such Cantonites as Hubbard (a Baseball Hall of Famer too!), Blood (McNally), Lambeau and Michalske. The image itself measures 5.75x9.5" in size, with original mount and frame bringing overall dimensions to 11x15". The image quality is superb, with absolutely flawless focus and contrast. Condition is first-rate, with no noteworthy flaws. One must assume that this piece derives from a player estate, as this high-quality artifact would not have been produced for general consumption in these earliest days of professional football.
