Description
Jim Thorpe Signed Photograph. Image measures 8x10" in size and pictures Thorpe standing on a snowy gridiron, wearing a leather helmet and holding a football. Lengthy blue ink inscription on verso rates 10/10, and reads, "Property of Jim Thorpe, Marquette University, Milwaukee Wis, 1952." Inscription crosses photographer's stamping on verso but still presents very well. Photo has some creasing and a tape repaired tear, with the tape just nudging the beginning of Thorpe's writing, but still presents very well. LOA from PSA/DNA.Auction Info
