This original was stolen and Moore received replacement

2009 New Orleans Saints NFL Super Bowl Championship Ring Presented to WR Lance Moore. Let us begin by assuring all interested parties that there is no issue with title for this impressive Championship prize, one that surfaced in an abandoned Las Vegas storage unit after its theft from the (now) nine-year veteran of the Saints offense. Upon the ring's recovery it became the possession of the insurance company that paid out on the loss, and thus now provides the hobby community with a rare opportunity to own a player ring from a modern age when high salaries leave most players with no cause to sell. As a symbol of the only NFL Championship in Saints franchise history, this particular player ring ranks among the most desirable of the few ever made available to the collectibles marketplace.

After a breakout season in 2008, Moore spent much of the 2009 season sidelined with ankle and hamstring injuries, but he did post a six-reception, seventy-eight yard performance with a touchdown against the Giants and scored on the Saints' two-point conversion in Super Bowl XLIV. Awaiting Moore at the end of that trying but ultimately glorious season was this symbol of the sport's highest team achievement, and one sparing no expense in its creation.

The team logo fleur-de-lis rises in diamond-studded opulence from a sea of still more diamonds, leaving only enough room for the raised lettering announcement of "World Champions." Left shank features the logos of Super Bowl XLIV and the NFL amidst text that reads, "Saints 31 Colts 17, 02-07-10 Miami, FL." Right shank holds miniature renditions of the Superdome, the Lombardi Trophy and the French Quarter's Jackson Square with "Moore 16 WR." Interior band measures to a size eleven and a half and is engraved with the team motto: "Finish, Be Special, Smell Greatness." Also here are the results of the Saints' playoff path to the Super Bowl. Stamping reads "T & Co. .585," translating to "Tiffany & Co." and "14K gold." Pristine condition. Weight 57.5 grams. LOA from PSA/DNA.
