Description

2002 Emmitt Smith Signed Flip Card from The Game He Broke Walter Payton's Rushing Record from The Michael Frank Collection. Emmitt Smith did the unthinkable when he unseated Walter Payton atop the all-time rushing mark in 2002. Given the shelf life of a running back has diminished as the years have gone on, we highly doubt anyone will challenge Smith's record. This flip card was signed by Smith following the game and is personalized "To Mike" in black felt tip. Framed at 18.5x15.5" (12.5x10" showing), the flip card was only issued in the press box and to the teams for reference. Very few were produced and most were discarded following the game. Letter of provenance from Michael Frank. Full LOA from Beckett Authentication Services.
