1996 Barry Sanders Game Worn & Signed Detroit Lions Cleats. Unquestionably, a player who left the game way too soon, Barry Sanders remains as popular among collectors as much as he did when he laced up these cleats for the Detroit Lions.Donated to a charity benefit by Barry's former teammate William White, these are hitting the open market for the first time. A tremendous pair, they were worn by Sanders during the 1996 season, when he led the league once again in rushing yards. The size 10 shoes exhibit nice wear, with field paint, and scuffs throughout. Displaying bold signatures from Sanders on the toes, they each feature a silver embroidered "20" on the backs. LOA from Heritage Auctions. Pre-Certified by PSA/DNA.
