1984 Doug Flutie Heisman Memorial Trophy Salesman's Sample Ring. Aesthetically identical to the one issued to the Hail Mary legend of Boston College fame, this example will surely be cherished by most discerning sports ring collector, or die-hard alum from the esteemed ACC program. Genuine diamonds are bypassed for cubic zirconia here, which fill the space surrounding the image of college football's most famous prize. Raised text at perimeter of face reads, "Heisman Memorial Trophy." Left shank reads, "Downtown Athletic Club of New York, Founded 1928," the text framing the club logo. Right shank: "Flutie, Boston College, 1984, The Heisman, Since 1935." Again, an image of the Trophy provides graphical allure. Interior band is stamped with the initials of maker Herff Jones and a "10K" gold designation. Size eleven and three quarters (11.75). Original ring box is included on the NM-MT 34 gram memento.
