1981-82 Joe Montana San Francisco 49ers Super Bowl XVI Super Bowl Salesman's Sample Ring. After a thrilling 1981 NFC Championship game, which was capped off by the famed Montana-to-Clark game-winning touchdown, the Niners made their first ever Super Bowl appearance versus the Cincinnati Bengals in Super Bowl XVI. In front of 81,270 fans in attendance at the Pontiac Silverdome, head coach Bill Walsh's Bay Area squad defeated the Bengals by a score of 26-21. Offered here a size 11.5 salesman's sample ring representing Joe Montana and his victory in Super Bowl XVI. Showcasing a nice array of faux diamonds on the top, the base metal ring has a salesman's rep number in the interior, while "LGB BGP" is also in the band.
