1980 College Football Hall of Fame Plaque Presented to Sam Huff. A four-year letterman at West Virginia, Sam Huff helped lead his Mountaineers to a combined four-year mark of 31-7 and a berth in the Sugar Bowl. Offered here is the plaque that was presented to Huff in 1980 for being named to the College Football Hall of Fame.
