1967-68 Jake Scott College Awards Lot of 4 from The Jake Scott Collection. The honors came rolling in following the 1967 season when Jake Scott starred on the gridiron at the University of Georgia. Scott snared six interceptions as a sophomore and followed that up with a team-record ten thefts the following season. Scott left Georgia after his junior season and took his talents north of the border. Offered are these awards from Scott's collegiate career: 1.) 1968 Southeastern Conference Player of the Year football figural trophy. The prize stands 19" and has the particulars engraved on a placard. Some scratching/wear to the football. 2.) 1970's All-Time SEC Team member wooden trophy. Measures 9x11" with light wear. 3.) 1968 Birmingham Monday Morning Quarterback Club Award for being the Most Valuable Southeastern Conference Back. Measures 11.5x13" with minimal wear. 4.) 1968 Walter Camp Football Foundation All-American Award (13x11") with light wear. Letter of provenance from Jake Scott's family.
