1966 Len Dawson AFL Championship Trophy - Originally Displayed at Dawson's Kansas City Bar. One of the most legendary figures of Kansas City professional football, Len Dawson led the Chiefs to three AFL Championships, and an historic victory in Super Bowl IV. In addition, Dawson will forever be associated in the history books as quarterback for the Kansas City squad when it faced the Green Bay Packers in the first Super Bowl. Offered here is a rarely seen award that was purportedly given to Dawson, as well as his other Chiefs teammates, to commemorate the team's 1966 AFL Championship victory. Vintage wood and metal desk holder with a color cutout of Dawson that was made by Herff Jones, this gridiron rarity measures at 8" in height. Super unique item that was salvaged from Dawson's bar in Kansas City until its untimely closing years ago.
