    Description

1960's Sid Gillman Personal Playbooks Lot of 3 - The Creator of the West Coast Offense. It is impossible to know what the game of football would look like without the contributions of the one and only Sid Gillman. Blessed with a bow tie and pipe, Gillman was an innovator of the highest order. It was Gillman who actually invented what we call the West Coast Offense. Football was known for its ground game in the early days. Gillman helped revolutionize the sport by thinking pass first run second.

This collection of three playbooks allows the winning bidder a chance to jump into the mind of the Hall of Fame coach. Two binders are labeled "Short Yds Goaline" while the other is labeled "Protection". We bet half of today's NFL coaches could use a little spice for their offensive game plan. Why not have the inner workings of a Hall of Fame coach at your disposal? Letter of provenance from the family of Sid Gillman.
