1960's Johnny Unitas Exhibition Basketball Game Worn Baltimore Colts Sneakers. While admittedly, the current lot listing is not nearly as significant as the Unitas final Colts game cleats that Heritage Auctions sold in November of 2016 for a staggering $71,000, these original black canvas Chuck Taylor sneakers will still surely turn the heads of astute football hobbyists. Worn by the Hall of Fame quarterback during Baltimore's exhibition basketball games in the 1960's, the size 10.5 shoes exhibit solid wear and have his No. 19 written on the backs. Originally obtained from Colts longtime equipment manager Fred Schubach, they are accompanied by a letter of provenance from the Sports Immortals Museum.
