1959 Vince Lombardi & Dominic Olejniczak Signed "Green Bay Packers Inc." Payroll Check Payable to Thomas Hearden. One of the most desirable Vince Lombardi items of them all are the "Green Bay Packers, Inc." payroll checks signed by the legendary head coach and Mayor of Titletown just two months into his reign as head coach. Also signed by Packers president Dominic Olejniczak. Payable to Thomas Hearden who played for Notre Dame under Knute Rockne, for the Packers under Curley Lambeau and for the Bears under George Halas. He was also an assistant coach for the Packers in 1954 and 1955. The black ink autographs grade 8.5/10 in strength. Light center bend. Punch holes do not affect the autographs.
