1925 Hunk Anderson Signed Notre Dame Scouting Report of Illinois vs. Nebraska Game - Only College Game Red Grange Didn't Score. Red Grange helped make the National Football League what it is today. The sport wallowed far behind the college game early on. It took a superstar like Grange to help catapult the professional game. This eight-page scouting report, prepared by Hearltey "Hunk" Anderson, was obtained when Nebraska and Illinois played October 3, 1925. In twenty college games, this would be the only time Red Grange didn't find paydirt.

Sheet number five has the following written about the Nebraska defense when regarding Grange: "Illinois made most of their gains thru. center of Nebraskas line., Because Weir + Stiner did not pay much attention, being afraid that Grange would run around them." The detailed notes include the preliminaries, offensive and defensive formations and summaries. Anderson signed "H. Anderson" as well. Regular creasing/folding wear is found. A roster sheet is also included.
