1916 Rose Bowl Pennant Display. The Granddaddy of Them All is college football's oldest bowl game. Each year the Tournament of Roses Parade is held in downtown Pasadena and is among the finest New Year's Day gatherings. This stunning pennant (32") was issued at the 1916 game and has serious aesthetics. "Tournament of Roses" is screened on the yellow portion, somewhat soiled, while the purple portion has two roses. White reinforcement lines the left side, and there are tack holes. Measures 36x16" in the frame.
