This game used Wilson Official NFL (Rozelle) football displays painted panel with team logo which reads "Game Ball Presented to Dan Fouts, 33 of 48 - 450 Yards - 5 TDS. Chargers - 41, 49ers - 37. December 11, 1982. Candlestick Park." Signed "Dan Fouts H.O.F. 1993" in 9/10 black sharpie.
