Description

1967 Green Bay Packers Team Signed Football. The 1967 Green Bay Packers were a veteran, battle-tested team that capped off the Vince Lombardi dynasty with a historic championship run. Led by quarterback Bart Starr, the team finished the regular season with a 9-4-1 record, winning the NFL Central Division. They are best remembered for their dramatic victory in the NFL Championship Game, famously known as the "Ice Bowl," where they defeated the Dallas Cowboys 21-17 in sub-zero temperatures on a last-minute quarterback sneak by Starr.

Two weeks later, the Packers beat the AFL champion Oakland Raiders 33-14 in Super Bowl II, marking their third straight NFL championship and second consecutive Super Bowl win. It was Vince Lombardi's final game as head coach of the Packers, and the 1967 season solidified Green Bay's place as the dominant team of the 1960s and one of the greatest dynasties in NFL history.

Offered is a team-branded football made to celebrate its accomplishment. Among the fifty-four signers are Vince Lombardi, Jim Taylor, Willie Wood, Jerry Kramer, Ray Nitschke, Bart Starr, Willie Davis, Max McGee, Fuzzy Thurston, Henry Jordan, Herb Adderley, Paul Hornung, and Lionel Aldridge. General display wear and fading exhibited with leather cracking that does not take away from the item's aura. LOA from BAS, AE31028.
