Description

1966 Green Bay Packers Team Signed Football. The 1966 Green Bay Packers, led by legendary head coach Vince Lombardi, were a dominant force in the NFL, finishing the regular season with a 12-2 record and winning the NFL Championship. Quarterback Bart Starr had an MVP season, directing a balanced and disciplined offense, while the defense remained one of the league's most formidable units. Their NFL Championship win over the Dallas Cowboys in a dramatic 34-27 victory earned them a spot in Super Bowl I, where they defeated the AFL champion Kansas City Chiefs, 35-10. This season marked the beginning of Green Bay's back-to-back Super Bowl titles and solidified the team's place as one of the greatest dynasties in football history.

Offered is a Wilson "The Duke" football signed by 48 members of the squad. Among them are Lombardi, Nitschke, Starr, Hornung, Adderley, Taylor, Wood, Gregg, Jordan, Thurston, Dowler, Pitts, Kramer, Cochran, D. Anderson, Dale, Jeter, Aldridge, Kostelnik, and Fleming. Leather breaking exhibited. Ball is not completely inflated. LOA from JSA, B97591. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
