    Description

1967 Ray Ogden Game Worn New Orleans Saints Helmet - Inaugural Season. Splendidly decorated with their standard fleur-de-lis logo, and center stripes (black has been stripped off), the 1967 New Orleans Saints wore this style helmet during the team's first season in the National Football League. Worn by a non-roster player during the early part of the '67 season (No. 7), it was also used by wide receiver Ray Ogden. Exhibiting heavy wear throughout, the 12-point suspension shell displays its original mask and jaw pads, while "29, R.O." is markered on an interior piece of athletic tape. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
