    1956-63 Paul Hornung Related Handwritten & Typed Letters Lot of 13. This collection of letters and correspondence centers around the early portion of Paul Hornung's career. A few are written by Hornung and signed "Paul" in ballpoint. Included are: 1.) 1963 typed letter signed by Hornung discussing his frustration with having to sit out the season. 2.) Handwritten letter with full autograph on Packers Training Camp stationery, undated. 3.) 1956 typed letter to Julius Tucker from Russ Bogda. 4.) 1958 two-page letter written by Hornung to Tucker. There is information about new Packers coach Scooter McLean. 5.) Undated handwritten letter on Packers stationery mentioning training camp in Stevens Point. 6.) Undated handwritten letter on Packers stationery talking about Hornung getting his first paycheck of the year and sending money home. 7.) 1959 two-page handwritten letter from training camp. 8.) 1957 handwritten letter regarding his graduation from Notre Dame and thanking Tucker for a gift. 9.) 1960 two-page handwritten letter by Hornung discussing the offseason and staying in shape by playing basketball. There is also a reference of it snowing in Louisville which reminded Hornung of Notre Dame. 10.) 1956 note to Tucker regarding Hornung's playing weight and going to Vegas. 11.) 1959 postcard (7x5.5") written before a preseason game against the Redskins. Some creasing and a rip are on the top. 12.) 1959 two-page letter written during training camp. Hornung has promised himself to save every penny he made that season. 13.) 1957 contact signed for Wilson Sporting Goods. Hornung signed in bold ink. A letter from 1958 to Tucker from Wilson is included. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
