    Description

1950's Notre Dame Game Worn Helmet Signed by Paul Hornung. The eventual Green Bay Packers legend and Football Hall of Famer is widely considered to be the finest all-around player in Notre Dame history, so we expect that Fighting Irish fans will fall in love with this unique artifact. We can't be certain who it was who wore this specific helmet, but it certainly derives from the era of Hornung's collegiate dominance, and bears a 10/10 black sharpie signature from him with a "1956" notation below, the year of his Heisman Trophy presentation. The helmet shows fine wear but displays perfectly. LOA from PSA/DNA. LOA from James Spence Authentication.
    Guide Value or Estimate: $800 - $1,200.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
