Signed 1977 Topps Mike Webster Rookie #99 PSA EX 5. The late Mike Webster of the Pittsburgh Steelers was one of the toughest centers in NFL history. Hiking and blocking for Hall of Fame quarterback Terry Bradshaw, Webster will always be remembered for wearing near sleeveless jerseys in the dead of winter. Perhaps to avoid getting caught up by handsy defensive linemen, it also gave fans a chance to see his bulging muscles in action. A nine-time Pro Bowl selection and four-time Super Bowl champion, Webster was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1997.Offered is "Iron Mike's" rookie card from the 1977 Topps series. Card #99 provides an up-close look at the Steelers center with his helmet off and blonde hair a mess. This mid-grade example of Webster's rookie card is bolstered greatly by the fact that he signed it in blue fine-point marker. Any Steelers collection would be enhanced by the addition of this autographed rookie card. Graded PSA EX 5 with an autograph certified and graded PSA/DNA Auto 9. This is one of only four autographed cards graded EXCELLENT with nine rated higher.
