2017 Panini National Treasures Patrick Mahomes II (Rookie Patch Autograph) #161 BGS Mint 9, Auto 10 - #'d 8/99. Now that the Age of Brady is officially over, this is the biggest active star in the National Football League, and the only quarterback who stands a chance of challenging TB12's collection of seven rings. With two already in his collection, as well as an AFC Championship model for the game he lost to the recently retired king, Mahomes still has at least a decade of service ahead of him (barring significant injury), plenty of time to grow his tally alongside his already massive fanbase and global audience of collectors.If Mahomes does manage to march past Brady in the career championship tally, it will require eight, the number printed upon this card in silver foil to signify its position among the ninety-nine created in the limited edition. Certainly it would be a tall order to achieve that kind of success, but nobody wins like Mahomes, and no rational sports fan could count him out. We love the slab of jersey selected for this card, artfully showcasing all three colors of the team uniform palette. Mahomes' blue sharpie signature is rated unimprovable by the experts at Beckett.
