2000 SP Authentic Tom Brady (#'d 1194/1250) #118 PSA Gem Mint 10.Tom Brady entered the NFL with no fireworks or confetti showers. As impossible as it seems today, he was the 199th overall pick in the 2000 draft. The 2000 season opened with Brady as the fourth-string quarterback for the Patriots. He would complete only one of three passes for six yards. In 2001 he took the reins of the New England Patriots from an injured Drew Bledsoe. The rest of this story is NFL history.
He has been in a 13 Pro Bowls; Voted NFL Most Valuable Player twice; NFL Passing Yards leader three times; NFL Passing Touchdowns leader four times; 2000's NFL All-Decade Team honoree plus other awards and accolades. At 40, with no signs of stopping anytime soon, Brady is now widely considered to be the "Greatest Of All Time" (GOAT), without much room for argument.
