1998 Playoff Contender Peyton Manning Rookie Ticket - Autographed #87 PSA Gem Mint 10. In that age-old question of "nature" versus "nurture," Peyton Manning was a player who had both in excess, the DNA of a two-time Pro Bowl quarterback and the kind of personal determination and field command that the QBs of his father's generation had never even conceived. There's no controversy in stating that no quarterbacks before Peyton Manning, and only a scant few since, have demonstrated the ability to read defenses and audible a response with such mastery, and the physical ability to manifest that envisioned success.

Any debate regarding the greatest quarterbacks of all time requires advocacy for Manning, and while the Tom Brady army will point to championship ring tally as the invincible trump card, it is Manning who leads the NFL in MVP Awards (5), 4,000-yard passing seasons (tied with Brady at 14), single-season passing yardage (5,477) and single-season passing touchdowns (55). Brady and Manning are the only quarterbacks to lead two different franchises to the Lombardi Trophy.
